Our Blue Glove Concierge Works With The Winning Bidder To Deliver A Seamless Experience
We provide remote support during the fundraiser, so if any bidder has a question about our trips during the auction the nonprofit can reach out and will provide them with the answers.
We reach out to winning bidders within 24 hours after the organization has notified us they have won the trip.
If any of the winning bidders need help with upgrading hotel accommodations, adding more nights to their trip, or bringing additional travelers we can help them out with all of these requests.
