How It Works

Step 1: Reserve & Promote

Reserve your Passport to Paradise raffle with no upfront cost. BlueTree provides everything you need to promote the raffle online and at your event, including marketing materials and trip descriptions.

Step 2: Sell Tickets

Sell tickets with the goal of 200 tickets at $50 each or 100 tickets at $100 each before and during your event. Tickets can be sold in person, online, or both, giving your supporters flexibility to participate wherever they are.

Step 3: Draw the Winner

Once ticket sales close, draw your winner live at your event or online. If you sell 80 tickets or more, the winner chooses their favorite from four luxury vacation options.

Step 4: Report & Relax

Submit the winner’s information to BlueTree and pay the $2,000 trip cost. Didn’t sell at least 80 tickets? The raffle converts to a 50/50 cash split, where the winner and your nonprofit each receive half of the funds raised. Either way your organization wins!
