You'll also visit Hautvillers, the charming wine-making village known as the "Cradle of Champagne." Its abbey, which is located on one of the most beautiful sites in Champagne, overlooking the valley and surrounded by an amphitheater of vineyard-covered hills, is the final resting place of Dom Perignon.
